2025 was an exceptional year for Restaurant Born, with the restaurant upholding its Michelin 1 Star and Black Pearl Guide One Diamond. Following last year’s One Knife award, Chef Zor received Two Knives at the Best Chef Awards, reflecting his internationally recognised excellence in the culinary world. Born also remained on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and was recognised by Tatler as one of Singapore’s Best 20 Restaurants.

Chef Zor returned to Singapore Grand Prix, serving an exclusive curated selection of canapés while guests enjoyed panoramic views of the Formula 1 race. He also collaborated on Born’s first-ever mooncake project with Thailand’s top Michelin chefs – Thomas & Mathias Sühring, Chef Pam of Potong, and Chef Ton of Ledu, led by Chef Dej Kewkacha of Kyo Roll En, recently named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef by the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards.

Beyond collaborations, Chef Zor shared his expertise as a speaker at a prestigious Black Pearl event in Changzhou, China, contributing to a dialogue on the future of Chinese gastronomy.

WAKANUI has continued to uphold its reputation as one of the best steakhouses in Marina Bay, CBD Singapore, known for premium meats and the freshest seasonal produce. It’s been a top rated venue for weddings, solemnisations, corporate events, and private dining, making it a leading choice for special occasions in the CBD.

Collaborations with partners including the Embassy of Japan and JETRO introduced guests to premium Wagyu and exclusive Japanese sake pairings. These experiences highlight WAKANUI’s commitment to premium ingredients and a refined dining experience.

The Spot remained a favourite restaurant in Marina One for corporate lunches, team dinners, and social gatherings. In 2025, the venue welcomed a growing number of corporate events, solemnisations and private celebrations, further establishing itself as a top destination for vibrant dining experiences in the CBD.

The year also marked The Spot’s 7th anniversary under Head Chef Louis Lee, celebrated with a lively free-flow party to thank guests for their continued support.

 

 

 

Tonito turned up the heat with Formula 1, bringing bold Latin flavours to the year’s most anticipated event.
The team also introduced exclusive seasonal dishes, including the Satay Taco during SG60, which quickly became a crowd favourite.

Tonito has established itself as a top family-friendly dining destination for both locals and tourists at Jewel Changi Airport, set against the backdrop of the iconic Rain Vortex.
